We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation/service fee.
If you do not show up to your appointment, we will charge your card on file 100% of the service booked. No exceptions.
If you need to reschedule, please do so on your own at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, we will charge 50% of the service fee booked.
We understand life happens. Therefore, you are permitted to reschedule an appointment one (1) time. Any future need for rescheduling after the first time will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment and we will charge 50% of the service fee booked.
Please be courteous of our time and communicate with us if you’re running late. If you are running 15 minutes late and we have not heard from you, we will charge 100% of the service fee booked and we will cancel your appointment. This will be considered a no-show.
